THE GUIDES
Awaken Your Aliveness
Cuerpo Vivo means Living Body.
This is an invitation to remember that the body is more than something we carry through life - it's a source of wisdom, creativity, intuition, healing, and connection.
For six days on the Pacific coast of Oaxaca, you'll step into an immersive journey designed to awaken the vitality that's already within you. Through 5 Rhythms, movement, and voice - supported by breath, nature, and community - Cuerpo Vivo is an invitation to reconnect with your body - not simply as something you inhabit, but as the source of your creativity, intuition, expression, and aliveness.
Cuerpo Vivo invites us back into relationship with that deeper knowing through movement and the power of our voice as our own human instruments.
Journey through the wisdom of the Five Elements - Earth, Fire, Water, Air, and Ether. Leave with more energy. More freedom. More courage. More connection. More of yourself.
This isn't about becoming someone different. It's about remembering what has always been alive within you.
THE HIGHLIGHTS
❋ Five Days. Five Elements. One Living Experience
Each day explores one of the Five Elements:
Earth, Fire, Water, Air, and Ether
Creating a journey that builds from grounding into expansion, expression, imagination, and integration. Every day is intentionally designed to deepen your experience and build momentum throughout the week.
Nico Allen guides the week through 5Rhythms movement. Nick Demeris leads Human Instruments voice practice. To support the experience, Pablo Jivam weaves breathwork, yoga, and embodiment throughout the experience. Together they create an integrated journey where movement and voice remain the central pillars, supported by complementary practices that deepen presence, creativity, and connection.
❋ World-Class Guides
Movement and 5 Rhythms opens the body. Voice further unlocks expression. Together they become a living practice for awakening vitality - not just learning about it.
❋An Integrated Practice
No dance background needed. No singing experience required. Each day balances immersive practice, meaningful conversation, nourishing meals, time in nature, and spacious integration - creating momentum while leaving room for the unexpected moments that often become the most meaningful.
❋ Designed for Transformation

This Retreat Is For People Ready To Feel More Alive.
Whether you're an artist, entrepreneur, leader, healer, parent, or simply someone sensing there's more life available than you've been experiencing...If you're ready to reconnect with your creativity...to trust your body more deeply...to move beyond routine and rediscover joy...to experience genuine community...to reignite the part of yourself that feels fully alive...You'll feel at home here.
No experience is required—only a willingness to participate with curiosity and openness.
THE CONTAINER
Minutes from the ocean, incredible views, a heated mineral pool, and a sauna for 10.
Raw concrete, guanacaste wood, and an oak dance floor built by hand, all left unpainted on purpose. The Pacific hits this coast harder than most, and CAMP was built to hold that kind of force. Created as a dedicated space for movement, creativity, and cultural gathering, every part of the property invites presence, connection, and embodied experience
Surrounded by tropical gardens and just minutes from the Pacific Ocean, you'll move effortlessly between spacious practice, time in nature, and moments of deep rest. Meals come from SENEM, CAMP's on-site restaurant, vegetarian and included.
THE ARC OF THE WEEK
Five days, five elements, each carrying its own weight.
Day 1 · Earth — Monday, Finding Ground: Arriving in the body. Building trust with the group and the land.
Day 2 · Fire — Tuesday, Expansion & Energy: Vitality, desire, expression, energy moving outward. One session held by the ocean.
Day 3 · Water — Wednesday, Surrender & Letting Go: Fluidity, release, emotional movement. Less controlling, more following.
Day 4 ·Air — Thursday, Imagination & Uplift: Spaciousness, play, breath and spirit given more room. A two-hour 5Rhythms wave closes the day.
Day 5 · Ether — Friday, Integration & Connection: Bringing it together before departure. What remains once the week is over.
The retreat opens Sunday with a ceremony and shared dinner, a clear line between arriving and beginning. It closes Friday morning with an integration session, so what moved during the week has somewhere to land before you fly home.
The order and content of specific sessions may shift. Cuerpo Vivo is built to respond to the group, the weather, and what's actually happening in the room, not to a fixed script. A detailed schedule will be shared closer to the retreat.

A five-night retreat at CAMP in Zipolite, Oaxaca, built around movement, voice, breath, and ceremony. Each day carries a different elemental theme, moving from Earth on Monday through Ether on Friday. It's not a program you complete, it's a rhythm you enter, with real free time built into every day alongside the facilitated sessions.
-
Three guides, each holding a different piece of the week. Nico Allen of Bodywerk, a certified 5Rhythms facilitator, leads movement. Nick Demeris of Human Instruments, a two-time TEDx speaker and Carnegie Hall teaching artist, leads voice and song sessions. Pablo Jivam leads Kriya Yoga in his required slots across the week. Mornings open with an optional grounding practice, then a shared breakfast, then a 75 to 90 minute movement and embodiment session on CAMP's dance floor. Afternoons include a shared lunch, several hours of genuinely free time, and a session that turns toward voice and sound. Evenings bring a shared dinner and something different each night: live music, a sharing salon, ceremony, or open time. The order can shift. Cuerpo Vivo is built to respond to the group and the week, not to run on a fixed script.

No. CAMP sits in Zipolite, home to Mexico's only legally recognized nudist beach, and nudity is normalized across CAMP's own grounds. Cuerpo Vivo itself is not a nudist retreat. Nothing in the program asks or expects participants to be nude at any point. Outside of scheduled sessions, guests can engage with the wider property and beach however they choose, under CAMP's own house guidelines. Everything inside Cuerpo Vivo's program is fully clothed.
